Shroom Kitchen kicked off as a pop-up restaurant concept, specialising in creating vegan dishes using the mighty mushroom! I was fortunate enough to be involved in the initial launch process, supporting the owners with content and social media management.

The Mortimer Arms is a cosy, traditional countryside pub and hotel in Romsey, Hampshire. I supported the owners and management team with developing a robust creative marketing strategy, including social media management, content creation, e-marketing and web support.
