NEXA Properties wanted to stand out as the number one choice for local estate agents in Portsmouth and Emsworth. Property is a trust business; people choose an agent they recognise.
They needed content that felt like them, delivered regularly, without the team becoming full-time creators.

What happened next
Over six months, NEXA’s content reached 111,212 people and generated 216,191 views across Facebook and Instagram.
Facebook did the heavy lifting, reaching 90,878 people from an audience of just 2,587 followers, around 35 times its own following, with an 11.9% engagement rate.
Instagram built the audience. It delivered 80,252 views and an 8.3% engagement rate, and now has 3,224 followers.
Across both platforms, content drove 5,272 profile visits, which means thousands of people went looking for more after seeing a post.
