The Goal

Flora Coffee & Florist wanted support with developing their visual brand identity and launching their marketing as a new family-run business in Southsea, Portsmouth.

What I Did

I worked with Flora to develop a creative social media marketing strategy to include Insta-worthy photographs and trending short-form content to evoke shareability within the target audience, and encourage people to find out more by visiting the cafe.

The Results

The newly-launched Instagram account hit 1,000 followers in less than a month, with an average of 4,000 views on reels. The traffic to the social media platforms was huge, with over 75,000 views in the first three months, showcasing that our initial brand awareness campaign had been a success.
